You can delete your script in the main tab (About). You must be logged in to see the option "delete" on the right side of the page.
I am sorry, I created this suggestion without logging in...The suggestion dialog wouldn't disappear when I clicked "ok", so i clicked again and again, and it created similar suggestions... if someone could delete the others I'd appreciate, thanks!

Also, how could the server maintain the browser's current state of installed scripts? The Updater script 26062 store it in about:config, so it's reasonably tied to the browser. The only way the server could do this is by cookies, maybe? Still I don't know much about cookies, and it's implications...
YOu're right, I was just babbling. What I mean was FF addon site to have some sort of favorites. Reinstall 11 addons is a pain...
I wish they do something like that for Firefox extensions site. I use 11 extensions and have to use search for most of them.
What is relatively easy is to do a script that searches the code looking for "potentially dangerous" calls, like http requests, reading cookies, keyboard listening methods, maybe...? for a programmer it should be interesting to take a look what those are doing before installing...

if you wanna make it accurate, you can't count on IP at all... only way i see it's making login required to install scripts...
