Display/auto-insert license

When uploading a new userscript or editing its metadata, you're prompted to select a license from a pulldown. However, this license doesn't actually appear anywhere on the script's page, unless a @license field is in the script's metadata block. If a script is uploaded without a @license field, the site should still display the license from the selected pulldown, and either warn the user that there's no '@license' field in the metadata block, or add one (semi-)automatically using the value in the pulldown (possibly better for consistency).
