1. I'm afraid that some "updates" may contain malicious code.

   Otherwise, phyzome is right, it would be a feature for greasemonkey, not userscripts.org.

2. Why not... A nice option for moderators. I don't think it would be good to make it automatic though. And it would be useful to blacklist words or even sentences as well to prevent copypasta spam. Adding a better detection of copypasta would be nice too.
