Revamp Front-Page to be more useful and visually pleasing.
The Front Page modified when we needed access to data in a particular way. The way people view information about userscripts is changing, and the frontpage needs a revamp!

Had this not been posted by one of the site devs themselves, it would have made one of the least constructive ideas phrased so far. ;-) Somewhat more useful than "I want the site to be twelve percent better, or maybe fifteen". ^_^
