Search tags without case sensitivity completed
Today the "tag" search for script is case sensitive.
Here are two examples:
http://userscripts.org/tags/internet movie database
http://userscripts.org/tags/Internet Movie Database
Each link gives different results. I really can't see a good reason for that, but let me know if I'm wrong, and I'll add to my scripts dozens of tags with case variations to be sure that they will be found. ;-)

Yes, that's annoying. Merging all tags to lowercase would be great.
