Remove misguided/useless/impossible UserVoice suggestions started

I know this is a uservoice suggestion rather than USO, still needed I think.

Examples: "Greasemonkey for Google Chrome!" (impossible - for USO at least), "omerta rank script" (in the wrong place), "add preview script function!" (impossible)

I wouldn't classify these as spam or duplicates. Just uninformed/misguided.

    Yeah, some of them are totally not related to USO. Just delete them.
