Diff last update modifications
So you want to update a script but need to be sure the modifications aren't malicious... That's where a diff-like feature comes essential. Highlight the removals and additions and we're set.

Perhaps full versioning would be called for, much as Wikipedia provides.

Userscript Updater (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/26062) is doing diff now, it compare changes between the version you installed and the new version.
